If one appointment to get a haircut is canceled, then this can be overlooked. If a second one is canceled because of forgetfulness or maybe removing my name from the schedule, then this sounds suspicious. If a third appointment is canceled after another customer walks in without approaching the desk to be helped but almost forcing and demanding a haircut, and then being told about five minutes later that the barber does not have time to give me a haircut while the other customer that came in after me was not sent away first, then this is discrimination! I told the young man at the desk that this is the third time this has happen and that you could have at least given me a call and told me that you had to cancel my haircut. He did not try to make it right, and I walked out. I guess it is time to find another barber shop. My appointment was made Friday for Saturday, January 13, 2024 at 3PM. I arrived at 3:03PM

Olga has been my go to barber for 25 years, first on Carmel Drive, then 146th Street and now on Springmill. Ive always enjoyed visiting with her about our families and have never had a bad experience.

Been there before. This time I made an appointment with Nancy. Got there five minutes early and waited for twenty five minutes. She knew I was there and had someone else in chair. When he was finished still no asking me to her chair. They are supposed to be customer service oriented.That is all any barber has to offer. I just walked out, never to return. Would not recommend.
