    Purchased iPhone 15 as Christmas gift but afterwards wanted to exchange for iPhone 15 Pro. No problems with purchase or inquiring about exchange. Store Manager (Christina) stated new 15 Pro would be shipped to home with label and instructions to ship back the iPhone 15. When new 15 Pro arrived it had no return instructions or return label. Went back to store to find out what to do, that's when the problems started! She (Christina) seemed perturbed that we had come in to find out what to do. We had to come in anyway to turn in our 'old' iPhone for the trade-in. We then asked about paying for the 15 Pro, as we were led to believe that we were being given a $350 'credit' toward the new 15 Pro and that after 1 month we could pay the balance off. She proceeded to tell us that is not the case any more as AT&T changed the program at the beginning of the year. So we proceeded to ask what our bill would like then so that we understand what to expect as we are actually on our daughters AT&T account and she gets the bill, so that we can explain to her what will be on the bill. We weren't upset about the changes or the return snafu just wanted to clarify. That's when Christina "LOST IT", SHE SLAMMED DOWN HER TABLET ON THE DESK AND YELLED "THAT'S IT, I QUIT, I'M LEAVING" she then picked up her stuff and walked out slamming the backdoor. CRAZY! After a few minutes of disbelief by us and the other employees, another staff member took care of us and answered our questions without issue. Very UNPROFESSIONAL and UNBELIEVABLE and she (Christina) said she was the store Manager!? You're there to provide customer service and sell your product. There was only one other customer in the store at the time, so it's not like they were busy.
