We had Colt Clean out yesterday and were disappointed in their service. The two men that came were very nice and polite but they arrived 30 min after the scheduled time. Prior to booking, I spoke with whoever schedules on Facebook and was told the crew worked fast and efficiently and could get done in 2 hours (we had a $200 max budget). We have a 4 bedroom/2.5 bath home but we only have one bedroom serviced and then bathrooms and main living areas. Not only did they not get everything done in 2 hours (main floor was mostly untouched with the exception of mediocre sweeping and mopping.. it does not appear the living room was swept or mopped) but some of what was done was just not up to par for a cleaning service. We have used a different cleaning service for the past 5 months but after a couple of issues, we decided to give Colt a try. Weve never had a cleaning where hard water stains were left on showers doors or in sinks and certainly never had my main floor untouched. Voiced my concerns and they offered to send the guys back out but thats just awkward for everyone. Paid for our service but wont be using again.
EDIT: The state of the home was typical. There has been a biweekly cleaning service here for months. Dog hair, dust and fingerprints on appliances are not something that needs any extensive effort. Sweep, mop, wipe down surfaces and bathrooms, thats what was needed. Suggesting your crew walked into a filthy house is offensive and uncalled for. The only areas that were said to not bother with were 3 bedrooms and a basement, none of which were mentioned in my review. Placing blame on the customer because your crew fell short is unprofessional and shows the character of your company. Service: Standard cleaning
