I had a great experience with Mike Thomas with an issue that developed on a significant sale of x-ray equipment from my medical office through eBay. There was significant indication that I had been lured into a fraudulent deal with a buyer located in a another country. I am a recently retired orthopedic surgeon and have been closing down my office. Mike spent over an hour on the phone with me while I was navigating an eBay "Customer Service Chat" encounter. Both Mike and the customer service agent on eBay did a great job. My need was a one-off issue that Mike handled quite well. As it turns out, I was able to offer him medical advice and he was unwilling to accept any other compensation from me. Today, it is uncommon to meet someone who was willing to help by devoting over an hour of his time to solve what might have been a complicated future problem, possibly arising from fraud. Mike made a significant difference for me!
