My porch on my new house was sloping towards the house with a lower area in the center by the house also. All water collected at the house and didn't run off at all. The grading was off by over 1/2". Jaco came out and slab jacked my porch and now all water drains away from the house! It was a quick process and didn't create a mess. I was told by several cement contractors that I would have to demo my porch and repour a new one. Thanks Jaco for a job well done. Services: Concrete leveling, Water & moisture control services

Overall it was a positive experience. It hasn't been put to the test yet, due to minimal rainfall. I felt informed about what was going on each step of the way. We had some unexpected things come up which happens, but felt like it was handled well. The crew was friendly and respectful. 2 minor complaints- they had unplugged our dehumidifiers and didn't plug them back in. It took several days for us to realize it and the humidity in our home had gotten quite high. There was dust everywhere and while they did attempt to sweep up, there were dusty hand prints all over our doors that could have easily been wiped up.
