We used Full Circle to replace all of the floors in our house except the bathrooms. They were professional and easy to work with throughout the process. They provided recommendations as we debated paths forward for our floor and picked product, were flexible with scheduling as we managed other simultaneous house projects, and delivered a beautiful installed end product. We would highly recommend them and plan to use them for any future projects.

We have used Full Circle Flooring twice now. First to purchase LVP for our first floor (2022) and second for carpet in bedrooms (2023). Both times the sales team (Elise and then Chris) were very helpful and responsive. They were never pushy and Elise helped explain when delays occurred and helped resolve the delays. The team who installed the carpet was fast, efficient and polite. We are incredibly satisfied with our floors and would definitely recommend them.

I cannot sing enough praises for the team at Full Circle. The entire process from start to finish was incredible. Mark took the time while he was putting together the estimate to really explain their approach and dedication to craftsmanship and why they wanted to do things a certain way. Adam and the team went out of their way to ensure we were completely satisfied before closing out the job. We had three different crews come for various phases of the project and everyone of them was incredibly polite and respectful of our space. They tore out all of the carpet in our upstairs (~2,000 sq ft) and moved all of our furniture around with great care and didn't break anything. Would use them again and strongly recommend them to anyone!
