I don't know.  While the end result was good, the lead tech (Reese) tried to charge me  $250 - $290 for their simplest and most basic thermostat.  He also told me that these thermostats function without the batteries even though my experience tells me that they need batteries to work.  Lastly, he advised that my built in humidifier was wired wrong and he should add extra parts such as wiring and transformers to correct it.  That humidifier has been working great for me for at least 10 years.  I'm giving them 3 stars because they came out quickly and did give me a good furnace cleaning.  Again, I just don't know.

Ted has maintained and even upgraded our HVAC. He is reliable, available as soon as possible, efficient in his work and diagnosis, etc... I would recommend his service.

I called Integrity for an abrupt issue with my furnace in my attic. They called me back less than 24 hours later (and I had called on a Sunday) and were out that next day. They arrived on time, were polite, friendly, considerate, helpful and left me with a phenomenal impression of the company as a whole. I would not hesitate to recommend or use this company again. Highly recommend.

Ryan and Ted came and gave us a quote, which was MUCH lower than other companies we had gotten quotes from, and were out the NEXT day to install! On time, professional, and willing to give advice on some self maintenance. Happy we went with Integrity and will make sure to refer to anyone we know! Service: Install AC
