        Love the location, but Pulte is having MAJOR problems right now. They are excellent at selling homes, but not completing them. We have had 3 construction managers quit and just recently our support rep quit. No one knows what is going on. We are left with open issues that should have been fixed prior to closing, and are now being told to call an 800 number. If you are ok with poor quality, no response (except sales) and heartache, build with Pulte. I suggest using a different builder though. Service: Home building

        The Wood Wind community is a great location and we found a great floor plan for us. The overall buying and building process was overall very good. We did have issues at the end of process due to changes in construction manager and some poor workmanship, which we were able to get through.We are happy with the results.
