The Builder is excellent at helping customers, Building Homes, making sure everybody is well taken care of and explaining everything that people might need. This is a great location and certainly worth looking into ... even the most particular home buyers.

We have built multiple homes over the last 15 years. This house was our upgrade and highest price point to date but consisted of craftsmanship found in the lower level starter homes.
There was very poor communication with the site lead over issues that led to a lot of frustration on our end. After escalation were told by our site lead multiple times that he was going above the corporate Fisher homes standards. He said that we were lucky to get any of our issues addressed at this point.
At closing we were so intimidated about voicing our true feeling on their survey because any time we had, we were told corporate had stopped work being done to fix issues on our house by the site lead due to a bad recommendation we gave.
The photo below of the trim and wall is the standard workmanship found throughout the home.

Some of the outside photos was during the building process and are what raised our initial concerns. All the inside photos are current quality. Siding falling off the home is also current quality.
