I fell in love with Chatham Village Lennar homes almost immediately upon visiting here. Even as I looked at other properties, something kept calling me back here. Audie Schrader was an absolute gem of a representative with whom to work. She answered all my questions, did research for me, called people to help me, and in short, gets 5 gold stars!! Brian also went above and beyond for me, and I am more than grateful to both of them for helping me make this house into my joyful home. Wayne has also been very responsive to my issues with appliances or fixtures in the house. Great team of leaders! Thank you Lennar!

Love our new home. The craftsmanship in our home is consistent with the model home we toured and is as good as we expected. The staff at Lennar who worked with us along the way were professional and true to their word. They took our questions and concerns very seriously and did not let things slip through the cracks. It has been impressive. Audie was with us every step of the way and made the experience 5 star.

Cant say enough about Audie!! I was the realtor in the transaction and we were dealing with a client with a ton of emotion. Audie was not just. Salesperson, she aided in us literally being the clients psychologists and just being there for her and helping her through this tough decision to make a move without her deceased husband. She was professional, kept us up to dates, and went over and beyond to make sure the client was happy, and this client was extremely picky and towards the finish line, we had a hiccup with a water leak that she made the wrong right!! Highly recommend her for any phase that Lennar is going to do!! Shes simply the best!!
