Attended a conference at the site. The food was great and the staff was friendly and responsive. It does look like they're jacking their prices up for the eclipse which is a scummy move.

Absolutely stunning little hotel nestled in westfield. Rooms are nice and updated. Fantastic little lobby and bar downstairs. I would highly recommend staying here.

Very nice hotel. Ive stayed here twice. Its always been a nice and peaceful sleep.

Scott from the front desk is the most pathetic excuse for a good employee. Rude and abrasive as other comments have said would be an understatement. This man should be terminated quickly. But lets be honest. Night shift front desk check in clerk is probably the best he could hope for. Im willing to bet the managers here support and promote this type of behavior or it wouldnt be soaked over all there reviews.
