My roof leaked on New Years Eve and I had so much trouble getting ahold of someone from Allstate. Even after the holiday weekend I didnt hear from agent, or even someone in the office, once! Three months later I finally got reimbursed for only 1/2 of my roof and damages done inside my home. I still have yet to hear from my agent
All emails and letters that I get are addressed to my ex even though I am the policy holder. They even send me email birthday cards for my ex and not me, how thoughtful of them! I have addressed this issue with them multiple times just to be told that they can not change the policy namesbut when the bill comes in the mail for me every 6 months it only has my name on it.
This office does not value me as costumer of 15 years and I will not be recommending Allstate or this agent to anyone.

Dave and his team always do a great job at Allstate. We have worked with them for both home and car insurance for several years now. When we moved, he was quick to assist us with new coverage. The process was painless and fast. Dave and his team are always available for questions and assistance with changes in coverage. Definitely recommend!

David did a great job handling our insurance plan. He communicated with our mortgage lender frequently when we were buying our house and we really appreciate his work. He is very reliable and has good service
