Kind and has a good sense of humor. Seems she's doing the best she can in a broken health care system (which good Dr's unfortunately don't have control of.)

They listen to your concerns, go over your chart and document your symptoms, and Dr. Ravichandran is very observant and really puts in the effort to find the root cause of your symptoms when feeling unwell. I am very grateful I was referred here. The entire staff is so friendly!!!

If you feel like she's dismissive or that your care is being rushed, know that it's not Dr. R's fault. It's the system. I appreciate her willingness to continue prescribing my antidepressants without having to go in to see her often. She is sensitive to my triggers and the fact that I've had traumatic experiences in hospitals and that I was abused by medical professionals within the St. Vincent network.

If you care about your loved ones do not go here. Read all the negative reviews. Here is how an appointment goes, she has patients scheduled but takes meetings with pharma reps and makes the patients wait. Has the nurse come in ask all the normal questions, then has a student nurse come in to ask all the same questions, then over 1.5 hours after your appointment time, she'll come in and bury her face in the computer, and go through your prescriptions. Doesn't care to have a conversation with you to address any concerns you may have, listened to my mom's heart, and then leaves. Makes some flip comment about how she's always running behind and laughs like it's funny. Has no respect for a person's time. You are made to feel like you are just $$$. Walked out after 2 hours, and she DID NOT CARE. Did not call to see why and when my mom emailed to explain how upset she was ( heart problem and visit sent her bp through the roof), her response "Sorry that you feel that way" Disgusting and Shameful.
