Absolutely loved every service I've ever had done at Collective Beauty! Macey has always made my eyebrows on POINT, Rachael always slays my color, & Sheri's botox & filler have given me a new confidence! Mariea is always stocking the boutique with the cutest things too. Sheri, the owner is such a sweet lady! I've been there twice, and she makes me feel like ive been going for years. All her employers are helpful and nice. You also earn coupons each visit witch saves you alot of money! Love it! I will definitely continue going there. I highly recommend .

I am so sad to say that I had a pretty disappointing experience :( I havent had my hair done in so many years, so I was excited to finally get a fresh look, as I get married in a few months. I showed the stylist pictures of what I was looking for (strawberry blond) and I felt confident that they would do exactly that. Booking the appointment online, it said my estimated total was $160 What I did NOT expect was that it was $160 for a full balayage with an additional $50 for a trim & an additional cost for toner. AND after she dried my hair, it didnt even get styled they charged me $300 by the end of the appointment. I left having the wrong color hair, blow dried hair, & unexpectedly charged more money. I left so upset because my hair looks nothing like the photos I showed her I am beyond disappointed and frustrated that they arent transparent with their pricing.. maybe its my fault for going to a salon in Hamilton county on the plus side, if I asked for blond hair, it turned out to be a good blond color- just not what I asked for.. :(
