RELUXE Med Spa

Had to pass on Reluxe.....did not feel comfortable with a dentist being a medical director. Dentists are trained to primarily work with the mouth --not the body, and in my opinion do not make good medical directors for a spa. Nor in my opinion, should be developing medical policy. Just too much of a risk when a procedure or process goes wrong. Likewise---the esthetician I spoke with appeared to have limited experience and did not have the confidence I felt needed to work on me.

We've finally discovered our go-to Med Spa since relocating to Westfield from California!!! After a year without seeing an injector, I came across this Med Spa on my way to my daughter's school and decided to book appointments for both my husband and me for Botox. Our experience has been nothing short of amazing. Our injectors, Krista and Hannah, made us feel comfortable and well-informed which is really important to me My husband, a first-timer with Botox, received a tailored plan that helped him achieve the look he was wanting. He wanted to soften his harsh lines without losing movement or the general look of his face. A month later, he LOVES the results, and I can say the same about mine! They also assessed my filler needs and came up with a strategy for addressing the migration I have in my lip from a bad injector a few years back. Hannah did my lip flip, and it was the best one I've ever had. They even suggested Microneedling for my acne scars, which I've started in their office with Anna, and they helped me create a skincare routine. I have my whole year mapped out and I couldn't love this spa more. They feel like a family and I feel so safe and comfortable with my skin and injections in their hands! We couldn't be happier with our experiences at Reluxe!

I cannot emphasize enough how fantastic my experience with Hannah was! Even though I reside in Charleston, I will absolutely make the trip back to book with her again. During the holidays, I found myself urgently in need of some botox, and without hesitation, I turned to Hannah. Despite it being my first time receiving injections from her, I thoroughly researched her expertise by browsing through her social media accounts and reading other clients' reviews. From the moment I stepped into the spa, I felt welcomed by the warmest staff. Hannah's professionalism and demeanor immediately put me at ease. Not only did she address my concerns with precision and skill, but she also ensured my comfort throughout the entire process. And can we take a moment to appreciate how charming the interior of the spa is? It's absolutely adorable! I left feeling rejuvenated and confident, all thanks to Hannah's exceptional work. I wholeheartedly recommend her services to anyone seeking top-notch care in Westfield, Indiana. Thank you, Hannah, for an outstanding experienceI'll be back without a doubt!

I got Botox from Hannah, she definitely knows what shes doing and helped me with where to start since this is new for me. Also- 10/10 recommend adding in the lip flip.
