The experience was fantastic. When searching the website I entered some information for being interested in one of the bounce houses, and the owner texted me within minutes to discuss. He was professional and helpful through the entire process even though I didnt follow back up with him for another day or so. The set up was seamless on time and all-around great experience. It is a family owned business and they are local here to Westfield. They have all my business for the future.

I booked the obstacle course with More Bounce Inflatable Rentals the beginning on June for a yearly family event on June 17. The owner was so professional and talked to me through everything and answered all questions when it came to renting their product. I was given reminders of delivery, payment, and was offered to recieve the item early so they wouldn't have to cancel. Very professional and about their business! On the delivery date, the owner was very polite and understanding. He and his workers represented their business very well, with full outfits with logos, etc. I had forgot to request a generator and within an hour the owner brought one back and everything was set up so neatly for the kiddos at the event to enjoy. During pick up, the owner communicated what that would look like and if I needed to do anything to assist, which was nothing. Outstanding, family-friendly oriented, and black-owned company! Darian was quick to reach out after my initial inquiry and answered every question I had. The payment method was easy and once I booked, it was the most carefree part of my party. He and his partner showed up in fun but professional uniforms with company logo. Delivery was amazing, he just asked me where I wanted it and he took care of the rest. We rented the 5-in-one combo, a great value, and had it for plenty of time before and after my 1:00 party. I like that they offered a rain check for another day just in case there was rain on the day of my party, at least I wouldn't waste the money. We didn't need to do that but it was there for peace of mind! The kids loved it! I definitely recommend them and I'll call them again for the next fun party I have!
