My encounter with David Cronnin as a real estate agent left much to be desired. Regrettably, his involvement in the purchasing process was notably absent until after the paperwork was signed. The discomfort arose when he attempted a rather awkward reentry into the transaction, seemingly driven by a desire for additional commission. His demeanor took a turn for the worse, marked by a less-than-pleasant attitude and an unsettling hint of threat when things didnt unfold in his favor. Such questionable business practices are not only disappointing but also make it clear that I wont be considering him for any future collaborations.

David did a wonderful job helping my fianc and I sell our townhome and finding us our new beautiful home. His communication was beyond expectations, the effort and dedication he brought forth made us feel so comfortable throughout the process, and last but certainly not least, his lighthearted and uplifting demeanor made the process that much better!
