We appreciate your feedback on feedback!Firstly, I’d like to thank you for the positive remarks, we did fight hard for that property for about a year to get the payout you were entitled a to, and I never charged a dime for that service even though we spent countless hours fighting on your behalf. But we gladly did that for you to help you with your claim since you were in a bind. As for siding, you stated that we were not able to get siding as quickly as we anticipated. 12-14 weeks is sadly just the average time it’s taking to get most special ordered siding. Very few colors we get lucky and have stocked and ready for shipment at time of order, and we continue to work on getting better about the supply chain issues there. Other than that, we feel the project turned out very successful as far as the agreed upon scope of work goes. The painting was a free, outside of scope service that we offered to you and still intended to complete until we were told you no longer wanted it upon telling you we were ready to being and said we could move forward on it given the perfect weather we have had this week and next. That offer still stands if you would like it. We apologize for the delay on that trade, but we have only 1 painter and 30 other employees that specialize in roofing, siding and gutters, so it took more time to get to it, and for that I can express my deepest apologies and offer to still complete the painting on the home, but I can only move as fast as my staff can allow me to, and the more we grow - I as the owner - am doing my best to keep up with the demand for our services. I hope this can help alleviate some Frustrations and possibly help you reconsider a 3-star rating given that you expressed that you are very happy with the actual work that we performed on the home as well as the extensive experience both my team and myself brought to the table to get this $40k project paid for with ZERO dollars from your own pocket. I sincerely ask that you please give us a chance to get the painting done and forgive us for the delay in getting to this final touch completed, We will clean up the gutters and make sure the home looks Brand New once we are done.
