        Savanna is the best she makes securcare shine bright she is so sweet and informative. I went for 1 unit and ended up renting 2 units and my sister I told who went over and rented 1 to .Give savanna a raise if you haven't already.

        Upon acquiring access to my storage unit, the payment process was promptly facilitated with ease. However, subsequent to completing the transaction, I was informed that I couldn't secure my unit and would need to coordinate with the property manager the following day. Unfortunately, due to scheduling constraints, I was unable to attend until the subsequent Monday. Upon contacting the office on Monday morning, I was advised to wait until 10 a.m. Despite residing an hour away and aligning my arrival with my work commitments, I was further instructed to wait an additional three hours before receiving assistance. Upon finally engaging with a property manager, it became apparent that erroneous information had been provided by the support team, a recurring issue according to their acknowledgment. Fast forward to the present, and despite multiple attempts to provide requisite documentation, the information fails to register in the system for the third consecutive time. Recently, the property manager attempted to reach me at 2:52 p.m., to which I promptly returned the call at 2:53 p.m., less than a minute later. Curiously, the manager subsequently documented their inability to establish contact, leading to a reflection of not paying my bill on my account. Furthermore, the lack of automated notifications regarding outstanding balances contradicts assurances provided about the system's functionality. This series of events mirrors the very frustrations that led me to discontinue my relationship with UHAUL on West Lafayette Road. The management of a storage unit should not entail such a cumbersome and error-prone process, particularly several months into the contractual agreement.
