Corwin offered a lot of advice along with his estimate of work for my crawl space. the crew was on time each morning and did an excellent job. they were courteous, cleaned up and hauled away all debris and answered all my questions. i would definitely recommend them.

Absolutely amazing. We had mold in the basement of our house that the initial inspection company did not report. From the first phone call with Advantaclean, they were VERY nice and had great customer service.
They explained how everything would work and scheduled a free estimate and consultation that took place within days. They were very fast.
When Pete came to inspect, he did a very thorough inspection and detected what he knew would need remediated. He was very up front with what needed to be done.
It took some time for us to get the funds to do the job but the price they quoted us was VERY fair and Advantaclean was super easy to work with on the payment.
When they called to schedule the remediation, they were able to schedule it to be done the next day and they did a stellar job.
If anyone needs mold remediation done, they would be robbing themselves of a great experience, great job and transparent customer service if they don't use Advantaclean. I cannot recommend them enough. Services: Mold inspection, Mold mitigation, Mold remediation

When I called, the woman I spoke with was great. She wanted to get me in as soon as she could and called Pete to see if he could fit me in. I just have to say that Pete was fantastic. I called to ask for an air quality test because my exposed concrete in the basement smelled really musty after the floor was torn out due to a water heater that broke. After taking a look and even looking at and explaining a lot of other things to me, he said that he really didn't see anything that would make him think the test was necessary! It's so refreshing to use a business that isn't just trying to sell you on things and could easily have done the test just for the profit. Since the water heater burst, I've dealt with many different companies, all very motivate to see me on plans. Thank you so much, Pete for being a company that is looking out for your customer. I hope I never need your service (lol) but if I do, you're my first call. Service: Mold inspection
