Great customer service. Joe was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, going over and beyond to help us figure out the problem. We had to replace a well pump and were given a reasonable price. Compared to other contractors we called, the service exceeded expectations.

You won't be disappointed if you call Indiana Water and Well Drilling.
We had a main water line burst and decided to go ahead and replace the deep well pump, main water line and pressure tank at the same time. Joe helped us when young guys at the bigger company was too afraid to get their feet wet. He was reasonable and made sure to do the job right without cutting corners. He helped educate us and didn't over charge us.
When C&J sent us running in circles, Joe jumped in and got us taken care of.
He has some big commercial clients and does residential also. He's professional, knows what he's doing and is not afraid to get his hands dirty.

Joe was fast and professional in fixing my grandparents well pump in an emergency. Explained the entire process and was fair on pricing. Ran into a few bumps but nothing he couldnt handle. If you need a well serviced call Joe!

While I did not get the pleasure of meeting anyone I was able to speak to someone on the weekend who very kindly walked me through some things to do to try and get water. Very knowledgeable, patient and sincere! Everything he told me to do resulted in me having water. I am beyond pleased with the outcome and am more than thankful. Thanks again for your phenomenal service!

We did not have water and kept tripping the pump breaker so based on reviews I called Joe. I explained what the issue was over the phone and he said no problem but he was on another job however would be over right after that. He showed up we discussed the issue and possible solutions. He attached a price to each possibility. He explained and showed me each step all the way thru. This man is honest and very thorough. If you are expecting a fancy painted truck and tons of colorful advertising you are not going to get that but his honesty and professionalism will prevail. I would put him up against any large company at anytime.
