Extremely small space and partially rents to college students also walls and floor are paper thin. The people above me get up at 530am with a little one that constantly runs back and forth until 630am. Plus the rent is almost as much as downtown Chicago. Management is pretty good, but someone should really try to do something about the rent, you're not even promised parking, I had to sit and wait for a park the first few months. Then they charge you to park in the lot. Think twice before you move in.

I know someone who lives here i think the walls are thin that you can hear everything in the hall ways and when walking in the hallway you can hear other tenants conversation. It's nice a spacious, great view and very comfortable

Over priced and they go up s100 every year. Doors always open not locked. Anybody can get in and out the building. No gym or swimming pool? What am I paying $2000 for???
