Absolutely loved the service. The doctor was extremely thorough and he was hands-on, as oppose to a tech doing every the test prior to his exam. The front desk extremely helpful, courteous and patient. Took their time with me and even helped me pick out my glasses. Explained my insurance benefits. Nice selection of frames. Clean office. Will definitely come back.

Went in for new glasses and contact lenses, and was very satisfied with how attentive they were in making sure I had the right prescription and right lens fit. When I asked for my paper prescription, they immediately gave me the one for my glasses, but explained they could not do the paper prescription for contacts until I chose a brand and settled on a type I liked. I was trying out a bi-weekly style and a daily lens, so I had to try those and decide which was a better fit for me. Once I chose my contact brand and fit and went to make an order, my paper prescription was waiting for me when I arrived. They absolutely DO give out paper prescriptions when asked! Only reason I'm not going 5 star is they could move a bit faster on getting them in.

The doctor was fine, but it's the staff at the desk that make the visit pleasurable. :-) They're very welcoming.
