From the moment you meet Crystal you are going to feel like you have known her forever. She is so high energy on a way that is absolutely contagious. Her classes are effective and approachable at the same time because she is ready with modifications for all skill levels. Youre going to sweat your butt off and feel so proud of yourself when you walk out the door. I am SO excited that her studio moved to Whiting!

Crystal is a great trainer and instructor. The workouts are fun and hardcore. You will get your sweat on! She also gives instant feedback and adjustments during the workouts and just the right amount of encouragement. The music is blaring and the atmosphere is friendly and awesome. You You will see the results, no question. Very motivating!

Crystal is one of THE BEST trainers I've had the pleasure to workout with. Her routines are intense and always with alternative modifications to accommodate everyone's needs. She is an amazing person, full of energy and with a love and passion for what she does. My 11 yr. old son loves to workout with her. Her classes with the little ones are so much fun!!! the kids don't even realize they're working out. Totally recommend anyone to try one of her classes. You will go back for more. Guaranteed!
