The Driver came to deliver rock to a neighbor and his sidekick moved into my yard to smoke his cigarette and left the butt.
Upon confronting him he looked at me and turned his back purposefully to me and continued to stand in my yard and ignore me until he was ready to leave.
It doesnt take a high level of skill to be respectful of other peoples property or to ask permission to utilize it.
