image Your phone calls will not be answered. You will have to leave a voicemail everytime. It will take several hours, maybe a day or two for them to respond. If you have to get in touch with the doctor due to an imminent medical issue, forget about it. Upon bringing this to their attention, I was told that "they have over 300 calls a day" and they try to return calls "within 24 hours". Translation: We're too busy for you. They have confused appointment times for my wife and mother and called for my father when it was my mother who left a message. The staff is, more often than not, rude in tone and manner. The practice manager lacks basic customer service skills. It is appalling that these disorganized, rude people are working in healtcare. Dr. Khatib is a good doctor, but the staff is not worth the stress.

image Before Litz left for the VA and before COVID this office was pretty good. Ever since Litz’s departure and COVID, this place is terrible. You’ll spend weeks leaving voicemails and not getting answers trying to get appointments made, trying to get scripts filled, and if you set up a virtual visit, expect them to not actually fulfill your visit, you’ll get no call, text, or email informing you why they didn’t reach out, and you’ll have a family member call with a valid reason that they’ll call back about, then if the family member brings up the missed appointment, they’ll just flat out say “hold on with me while I check something”, hang up, and not make any attempt to return the call and repeat the cycle of ignoring you.
Find a better office, they’ve had reports of patient abandonment in the past anyway.

image In the past I had really enjoyed this doctor. A month ago I went in for an appointment regarding a medical issue that has been diagnosed for more than 20 years. I go in to a PRIMARY physician and basically get told that I need to get an IUD, after telling him that I already had decided with my OBGYN to get my tubes tied. He then commented on it three more times and told me to ask my OBGYN about it. I have three kids already and I don’t want anymore. On top of that my OB and I already both agreed on what was best for me. Then I try to get my prescription filled and I get no notification that it’s been filled already. Over a week later. My husband was scheduled for an appointment that was supposed to be a virtual visit that was supposedly “canceled” an hour and a half before my husband ever even made the appointment. When I asked about it I was told to hold on a moment. I was hung up on and never called back. On top of that we spent days calling and waiting. They say not to leave multiple messages on their voicemail yet don’t call back, so you have to leave multiple messages.
