Bought a fridge from Lowes; the 3rd party who delivered it broke our water line and it was leaking badly. And the just left if that way. Called Reeds Plumbing, spoke to Jason Reed. He said he would send one of his guys over. Brandon showed up in about 35 minutes and fixed our water line..no leaking. Very prompt and professional and we will definitely use them again. I didnt have an appointment but they came promptly! A huge thank you to them; and a big relief that its fixed!!!! Thank you!

2 months ago, almost to the day, we started having issues with one of our toilets overflowing when we did laundry (they are in the same room). We called Reeds to come out because they had done a wonderful job installing a new well pump bladder. This experience this time was terrible. They overcharged, did not fix the problem, and now, less than 60 days later, refused to honor any guarantee on their work. The plumber was only at the house for an hour and never checked the main clean out. I would never use them again. I am sure the reason why it was not fixed properly is because my mother was the one who was there to greet the plumber. They overcharge and do unnecessary things as a discriminatory practice when a single, older woman is the one greeting them.

Jason quoted me on a well pump installation. To save a little money, I did 100% of the digging, concrete drilling, uncapped the old wellhead, and prepped the site. Two guys from Jason's crew came and spent about 5.5-6 hours installing the submersible pump, piping, and pressure tank. I then installed and ran electrical to the pressure switch, connected it up and tested. This was several months ago, and the well pump is working out very well.
In the end, Reed's Plumbing charged for the full price of the original quote, which seems to include 16 hours of labor plus parts with markup. Perhaps I've got some buyers regret, but I feel I was overcharged for this particular job, given the effort I put into it to make their jobs simple.
I recommend Jason as a solid guy and solid plumber and the plumbers he sent out were great to work with, but I'll probably use a different plumber in the future.
