Do not waste your time. I was referred to Jack by a family member. My initial contact was quick. We diagnosed through photos and he quoted through text message.
He said he would be here the next day and would call when on the way for the repair. He was made aware the repair could be as easy as a cord replacement or to replace the entire pump. He could see the plug in the cord is in bad shape and knows the urgency of the matter.
I have attempted to make contact for four days now. I let him know through text Friday that his voicemail is full. It is cleaned out today so it is clear he is receiving messages. He has made no effort to respond or reschedule.
Call another company and save yourself the time and hassle.
