        Had a problem with an atm check deposit. Went into the Zionsville branch and The female teller could care a less. Called another branch and they looked it up and started the process to get it fixed. With KEY BANK closing locations I would think the service would be top notch. Disappointed for sure.

        Our company does banking with this location. Its a little out of the way for the drive but we have never had anything negative to say. Always friendly and quick to handle the deposits. Its getting very quiet in this location though as they took away the tellers at the main desk.
