The school and the swim lessons should be two different systems. Our experience at the school was horrendous. Our child was struggling with some big emotions after a change to a new school and was promptly kicked out after 1 week. We were told to seek out developmental preschool by the director who had just met her. On the other hand our girls loved swim lessons there. Its worth mentioning that the swim teachers never had an issue with our daughter who did lessons for 3 years.

We love gymnast teacher Beth. I have been impressed with the gymnastic program. She starts out with stretches and exercises on the floor. I think the most impressive part is when she has them on a circuit each running through different exercises. She does a good job keeping her eye on all of them, but she has taught them each what to do and they rotate through pretty seamlessly. She is a one station helping with flips or something more difficult. The classes are orderly and fun. My daughter has made great progress in the swim program due to the awesome swim teachers. I love how clean they keep the building, and I really like the track above the gymnastics floor. The front desk staff is friendly every time I have a question or need to move up into a different swim class. We haven't be enrolled in the pre-school, but while I am there I am impressed that they sometimes have little kids (2-4) running through stretches/exercises on the gym floor or running around on the track. You can tell the kids looks forward to it because most of them tear down the track. We really have zero complaints and would recommend this place to anyone. Also I would add, they do close on some holidays, but I was surprised that they were open on MLK day and Presidents Day.

Terrible Daycare. Do not enroll here. I am writing to share my experience with Interactive Academy Daycare as a parent whose child recently started attending the facility approximately two months ago. Unfortunately, my overall impression has been disappointing, particularly in the handling of upset children and their apparent prioritization of financial considerations over the well-being of the children. One of the primary concerns I have encountered is the inadequate care provided to upset children. It appears that the staff struggles in effectively managing and comforting children who may be experiencing distress. The lack of a supportive and nurturing environment for children in moments of emotional unease has been a source of great concern for me as a parent. Furthermore, it has come to my attention that my child, who was enrolled on a part-time basis, was abruptly dismissed from the daycare due to the enrollment of full-time children. This decision, seemingly driven by financial motives, raises questions about the daycare's commitment to the individual needs and circumstances of the children in their care. It is disheartening to witness a childcare facility prioritize financial considerations over the well-being of the children who rely on their services. I believe that every child deserves to be treated with the utmost care and attention, irrespective of their enrollment status. The abrupt dismissal of my child based on a shift to full-time enrollment for others reflects a lack of consideration for the unique needs of each child and their families. In conclusion, my experience with has left me with serious reservations about the quality of care provided and the daycare's commitment to the children they serve. I hope that this feedback can contribute to improvements in the daycare's practices and a more conscientious approach to the well-being of the children entrusted to their care.

The staff at interactive do not live up to their motto of building 'strong confident healthy kids'. They are unprofessional and incredibly rude. My son is 3 and took one swim lesson there. He was scared and the staff did not help him get acclimated at all. They just put him in the water while he was crying and trembling from fear. I used to be a swim instructor and there is a fine line between pushing a child and letting them realize on their own their fears are irrational. I would expect a place like this to understand that. I believe my son has been scarred by his interaction at the pool. The woman in charge came and got me because 'we are having trouble following directions' because all he would do is sit on the stairs and cry. I was appalled that they could treat another human, let alone a child this way. He has been telling me all day 'Mommy, that lady at the pool was so scary. I thought she was going to make me drown'. I am considering suing this company for how they treated my son today.
