The communication from the Service Department at Pearson is some of the worst I've experienced in any business transaction. I am a local fleet manager and we chose to send some of our fleet to Pearson to ensure the Fords in our fleet are taken care of at the highest expectation. I've had many calls and emails go unanswered when our vehicles have been in the shop for weeks without any updates or up-front expected finish date. Don't even get me started on getting in touch with them to schedule ahead of time. We've always had to just take the vehicle in and wait on their time table. Unfortunately, though the vehicles have always come back better than we sent them, the lack of communication is forcing me to look elsewhere for a Ford Dealership who actually returns calls and emails.
