I was hosting a large party at my house in 3 weeks and thought that would have been plenty of time to get on someone's schedule to have my windows cleaned. I contacted 5 places, left messages or emailed from their website. Patrick, from American Dream Window Cleaning was the only one that got back to me timely. We communicated mostly through texting, which I prefer. He came out to count my windows and gave me an estimate right away.
I had no flexibility on the day I needed this job done. Patrick was upfront that he would not be able to start until 2-3pm and would not be done until 8-9pm. I was fine with that and planned accordingly.
Patrick and a younger kid arrived on time. As they worked, I was making mental notes of where I was seeing streaks on the windows. I figured when I walked the final inspection, I would point them out then. I started to notice as we got closer to 8pm, Patrick was redoing all the places I had mentally marked to address. He recleaned the big back window 3 times until it was perfect. In the end, I didn't have to point out anything, Patrick saw which were not done well and fixed them.
In my past experience using larger window cleaning companies, they would send out a 4-5 person crew that rush through the job. They would leave my floors by the window a mess with water drip marks. None of this happened with Patrick. He was efficient and worked cleanly. Service: Interior & exterior window cleaning

Patrick was contacted a while before we asked for the service because of our planned travel. He gave us a decent quote and reviewed the house. When the scheduled time arrived he came early and did 55 windows. They were all nicely done. Service: Interior & exterior window cleaning

Patrick is the sole-proprietor of American Dream window cleaning.
How can one over-express what an incredible job that he did with our home? He did Inside and out, window sill, and upstairs and downstairs.
It was outstanding work, service, and an impeccable price! Well-worth it.
