Absolutely pathetic. YOU CAN NOT withhold some ones mail. If you are there and the mail is there I have every LEGAL right to grab my package just because your to lazy to do it doesn't mean you have the right to hold my mail Whoever knowingly and willfully obstructs or retards the passage of the mail, or any carrier or conveyance carrying the mail, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than six months, or both. (June 25, 1948, ch. 645, 62 Stat. 778 so tell me who put you guys over the law?

My mom is at the Algona Manor. I ordered her a mattress in a box. It has been sitting at the post office unable to deliver, pkg is too large for vehicle. As of today it has sit there for 4 days. I have called for redelivery twice. Linsey at the Algona post office is refusing to deliver. She wants me to refuse the pkg and she will send it back. I said, no I want the pkg to get to the Algona Manor where its suppose to be. Nope. I have called amazon and the postal service multiple times. SHE IS UNWILLING TO DO HER JOB. Dont use this post office. Drive to another little town. At least they are kind and there for customer service. This box is not too large, it will fit on the back seat of a truck. I had help waiting at the manor to unload. RUDE PEOPLE. Should not be at a government job!!!!! This is unfortunate!!!!! Your mail is at the date of whatever they feel like doing. Not what they should be doing!!!!!
