        Altoona location is wonderful place to conduct my business at. Bank Manager Cheri is great to work with & nice to talk to, she truly understands what it takes to make sure a customer's needs are met. I have never had any issues and never any type of negative experience. Each and every staff member at this location has always been pleasant. Cheri & her staff have my utmost trust.

        They are slow at returning calls and was told, the are short staffed.

        Asked to speak to a personal banker two days ago on 6.20.23 and was dumped into someone voicemail and no call back as of 6.22.23. I called back on 6.21.23 and spoke to another person and was told, they are short of help at this back branch. This place is a joke!

      Hi Joe, thanks for letting us know. Our branch teams are sometimes short staffed due to illness, etc. and they are delayed in getting phone calls returned because they are assisting other customers in the bank.
