        Only good thing I can say about this visit is the gentleman at the window was polite. The lady taking our order either doesnt like her job at all or shes having a bad day. She was not polite at all- she only kept saying WHAT ELSE WHAT ELSE and proceeded to tell us the amount of our order and pull up. She seems highly annoyed that we were PAYING customers. Blackened tenders take a while - I know this and Im willing to wait. Tenders were extremely small and biscuit was dry. As much as we spend at this Popeyes todays service was SO disappointing- bad taste after this visit guess Ill be supporting Ankeny Popeyes from now on.

        First time trying Popeyes. Good fried chicken/seafood. Front counter guy was awesome. A bit pricey for what you get but tasted good.

        Idk who is in charge of filling delivery orders, but they need to step their game up. The last 3 times Ive ordered from here I never get my saucesI know it doesnt seem like that big of a deal, but you guys have some of the best sauce in the fast food game! Period . Im not asking for a refund, or a free meal, Im just asking that we get our sauce especially when it comes included in a combo meal.PLEASE!

        Service was horrible and got my order wrong then messed up the fix the first time so had to wait even longer then the 2nd fix was messed up and told me to call some guy and complain... I called the corporate office and made a complaint but never heard back.. no longer a Popeyes Fan...
