What a great place. They handled us as walk-ins beautifully even though they were busy with a little girls birthday party. Observed them being so great with the little girls while checking to make sure we were good waiting a bit. And the actual service was absolutely outstanding!

The salon was clean, the staff was nice for the most part. The tech user her nails to pull off a hang nail instead of using a proper room and ripped my skin causing me to bleed. I got a shellac polish change and it looks fine but is bumpy. My nail shape is not consistent either. I probably wont be back unless I have no other option.

I arrived at happy nails at about 11:45 am on a Saturday morning. Grant I they were kind of busy. I went yo get a color change on my toes I was told to have a seat. About 7 minutes later a white lady walked in and said she was there for a color change, she was told to have a seat. At about 12 noon I was told to go to the 7th or 8 th chair and the other lady was told to go to the 3rd chair. I sat down and stayed the massage chair and waited for about another 10 minutes and no one came to assist me. When I looked up they started on the other lady who had came in after me. Needless to say I was a little disappointed, I just got up and walked out. We have to do better!
