I like Jessica. She has a nice way of pushing during my excercises that keeps me on track with my motion. One thing I have learned is that therapy means nothing if you are not using proper joint movement while doing a specific excercise. I know when I work with Jessica that I need to concentrate on proper movement and not get lazy. I also like her sense of humor.
