Supreme Dryer Vent Cleaning

I called on Monday evening (1/6) to schedule a dryer vent cleaning. Rick scheduled me for 12:30 the following Friday. He asked if 12:00 would be ok. I told him I didn't get off work until 12:00. He said, "Ok, 12:30?" Perfect. Friday comes, and I got off at 12:05. I checked my phone to see that his crew had been calling me for 15 minutes because they were at my house for my 12:00 appointment. I called the guy and told him my appointment wasn't until 12:30, and he was all concerned about his next appointment in West Des Moines at 1:00 that will take him 25 minutes to get to. So, I told him I could be home in 5 minutes but that still wouldn't give him enough time if he had to leave by 12:35. He told me if I could get right home they'd get set up and could be done by the time they needed to leave to get to their 1:00 appointment. So, I rushed home, and he was just finishing up as I got here. I asked if he needed to come inside to get to this side of the vent because it's pretty long (has to go up over a bathroom to get to the outside). He said no. I'm not convinced he did a thorough job because he was really in a hurry. I'm not sure why the next appointment was more important than mine. I called Rick and left a message. I didn't hear from him. So, I texted him telling him I had expected to hear from him. I have had absolutely no response from him. *Update: Rick did reach me and apologized.
