Wyndsor Terrace

Great place to live. Recommend if a college kid and just want to live by yourself. Price is very reasonable for what you get. Maintenance guy and wonderful and the landlords are super nice. I have loved living here and its not far from the school.

I lived in a studio unit here for 4 years during my graduate study at Iowa State and I recommend this place to anyone who's seeking a peaceful and convenient life at Ames. The bus station is right outside the building and it's a 5-minute walk to the Hy-Vee and Asian supermarkets. Driving to the campus takes about 7 minutes. Everything inside the unit is in good condition. There's free wifi, and the maintenance staff is very responsive in case there's an issue with the unit. Management staff are very friendly and helpful.

I lived at Wydnsor terrace for over a year, wonderful apartment complex, and even friendlier office staff. Quiet area, fairly priced and utilities included. Would return if I had the opportunity

I have lived here for three years. It's a quiet place to live, and I have enjoyed my time here overall! The management is great. They are kind and dedicated people who take the time to get to know you. The maintenance person is great also. He is very on top of it and willing and eager to help. There were times he had to come at night to address an emergency maintenance situation, and he was so kind about it. I had to end my lease early because I got a job in another city. They were reasonable and helpful with navigating how to fill the unit, which we filled extremely quickly. Thank you, Wyndsor Terrace. I changed to 3 star because Kim showed a friendly problem-solving attitude, although I don't agree with his explanation, but I like his attitude. As a co-signer, I provide all of you need legal documents. You don't trust these documents. Even the IRS documents and bank statements, you charge me a fee to check my credit history, ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!! So, is this the only apartment in AMES? I have lived in IOWA for over ten years and I never heard about an apartment management charging co-signer fees for background checks. Is your company that so poor? Don't live in this apartment. Stay away from them. They will definitely come up with all kinds of weird reasons to charge you. You will lose a lot of money.
