Mortensen Heights

I recently toured Mortensen Heights apartments and was really impressed with the property. I was given a tour by Mandy and she was very helpful with my questions. I also had a great experience with Kaeson. Kaeson helped me with my leasing process and answered all my questions kindly. The unit I toured was nice and the parking lots were well kept.

The apartment complex overall is fine. The internet provider, Mediacom, is the worst. We have gone back and forth between Unique and Mediacom trying to resolve issues almost every month. Unique has always been pleasant to deal with but Mediacom has no idea what they are doing. Mediacom told us to buy a new router and speed/quality would improve and it never did. Edit: They are in the process of switching internet providers in hopes of better quality. With this issue getting fixed I have changed my rating to reflect Mortensen Heights as a whole.

I have lived here for 2 years so far and resigned my lease for a 3rd year! Me and my roommates have loved every minute! My favorite amenities are the pool and the dog park during the summer!
