        DoV: 3/13/2024 Very cute place to visit! Unique pastry! Coffee is just OK! The seating area is very nicely decorated! Bottom line: visit if you are in Ames! Kid-friendliness: Kids loved the donuts!

        Fantastic pastries, the donuts are fantastic and the bread is very fluffy, the employees are also very patient and kind! Definitely coming back.

        I havent had donuts like this since I was a child. Im literally in my car in tears. Instantly brought back so many memories of my mom taking me and my sister to a small town bakery in Sheldon, Iowa. It was called the Prairie Queen Bakery (its been closed for years). And shed let us each pick out our favorite donut and mine was always a Honeymooner (called Birds Eye here). I havent had one in decades, but it tasted just like I remember and brought back so many memories. Thank you for everything. Wonderful service and perfect donuts!
