        Showed up at 11:10am on Friday the 15th. Saw a note that the employee "went to the bank" waited until 12:15 before giving up. I noticed the note had a section saying when the employee would return, but it was left blank. So I drove 35min to one of the Des Moines locations, and was almost late to work over this. Most people get paid on Fridays, this is unacceptable. Seeing as a round trip to any bank in Ames would take 30min maximum, I know this store must of been closed. They need to have a sign up stating that, so people don't waste their time on someone never showing up. Not only did this store lose my business but there was a family of 4 who decided to leave as well. The mother said, "**** this I'm going to Verizon", and if I wasn't trapped by a contract on my phone I'd of done the same.
