We looked for three years (!!!) for "the right house," hoping this would be our last move. When the right one came on the market Steve gave us good advice on placing our offer. His experience & expertise were invaluable when it came to negotiating the final price, even though we were definitely in a hot market that favored sellers. We feel that we got a good home at a good price. Buying was only part of the process; we then needed to sell the home we were living in. Selling was a more confusing process for me because a lot of emotions and personal feelings are tied up in selling your home. Steve answered all our questions and gave us options, stressing that we needed to be comfortable with the final plan. We trusted his expertise and followed his sales strategy and he brought us three solid offers in a very short time. We have now closed on both homes and couldn't be happier with Bock Real Estate Group. I know there is a lot of behind-the-scenes work that we didn't even see. We highly recommend this team!
