        For 7 years, since we moved to Ames, my girls and I tried to find a dentist to stick with, trying multiple offices. Meanwhile, my husband continued to go to Ames Family Dental for those years. I finally decided to follow his lead and try Ames Family Dental. The experience was smooth, easy and pleasant from beginning to end - from the office staff to Mikayla the hygienist, to Dr Patten himself. My teenagers also felt welcome, respected and attended to. We live in north Ames but its worth the drive. Weve found our dentist.
