Rooms were fine and staff were friendly. Unfortunately, after checking out from my stay, I was charged an additional night. No big deal, mistakes happen. I called and was told that they had to wait until their manager was in to process the refund but it would happen. A week and a half later, no money was credited to my account for the extra charge. I call again and am told the manager is out but they will fix it and this time they took my phone number. Today, i woke up and saw that they charged my account an extra $330 on top of the amount they already overcharged me. When i called this morning i was told that they were working on it and to give it a few minutes for my account to go back to normal. The staff have been friendly through this which is a plus, but it has been a huge hassle trying to get my money back. Overall, I do NOT recommend staying here as you may be overcharged several times and have to go through a huge run around to try to get your money back.

Absolutely unacceptable treatment of recurring customer for the Farm Progress Show. Do not recommend this hotel.

Quiet hotel, friendly staff, excellent customer service. When I checked in, they were still cleaning my room the guy at the front desk said they were just about done with it, and it would only be a few minutes. There was an issue with the room, so they upgraded me to a suite for no additional cost
