        Call center is a pain!!! I think they intentionally place you on hold hoping youll get bored and hang up!!! Ive been in the lobby of several of the branches and theyve never been over worked. Sat on hold for over 20 minutes, and then got disconnected! Started over and again was on hold for over 20 minutes! Finally got fed up listening to hold on Ill transfer your call TO NO ONE!!!

        Do not do business here. They messed up my home equity loan repeatedly and caused my husbands critical trip to the VA in another state to be delayed. They dont care. They dont work to help you. They blame their process. Just cant trust them.
