Hands down the best real estate team in the area! Buying and selling real estate is such an emotional process, and Lloyd is the voice of calm and reason you need to help you navigate through the process. Lloyd helped us both secure a home we thought was a longshot, and sell our existing home for top dollar. His experience in the field is evident every step of the way. Lloyd did an outstanding job and went above and beyond what was expected. I appreciated how open he was about the process from the beginning and outlined expectations for me. He got me looking at houses right away and was very open with pros and cons of each. Thank goodness he had me start right away or I would have missed out on the perfect house for me! He also has a very knowledgeable team that helped me through rest of the process including what companies I could use to switch over utilities, internet, sanitation, ECT. Lloyd and his team make a very daunting, complicated process so much easier to complete. Thank you!

Lloyd and his team were great!! They helped us both purchase a new home and sell our existing home. Lloyd and his team are top notch. I was beyond happy with the professionalism, the communication, and the knowledge.
