        I've lived here since 2019, and I will not be renewing again. When I first moved in I needed numerous maintenance requests, and the place was filthy. One of the requests was about my window that wouldn't shut. Someone came in took my window apart, left a board out with rusty nails, and I heard nothing for 2 weeks. Tired of paying for my AC to fly out the window, and the bugs, I call, and I'm told they needed to replace a part and it had been there for a week (and that someone was supposed to have fixed it already). The dude that worked on it said nothing to me when he left my apartment. My air conditioning has broken every single year and takes weeks to fix. Every single time they give you a notice of entry, they will be a minimum of 2 days late. I'm forced to pay for a $25 "valet trash" fee in my lease, and it hasn't happened since last November. I emailed the office on August 2nd about something and still haven't gotten a reply from them. The only positive is that these apartments are a little cheaper than nearby
