Klatt and associates are great! We were in a bind with our car and needed to buy one right away, I wasnt sure if we also need to pay in this year for taxes. So I needed to know ASAP before buying a car and Aaron helped get me an answer right away making my other decision easier! Great service and really understanding!

We hired Klatt last year to prepare our taxes. They sent the completed return to sign and had gotten my name wrong (used my husband's last name which is not my last name). Usually I just let this sort of thing slide, but in this instance I was upset as the preparer A) had all of my financial paperwork with my legal name written all over it, B) he was preparing a return on my behalf yet clearly had zero attention to detail, and C) I was paying them for this "service". To top it off, when we asked for the name to be corrected the preparer was quite curt with us for asking for the change and did not apologize.
