        Aaron is great help each time I have came in for an appointment, He knows alot about Remote Starts and helped me diagnose an issue with my Trucks Remote Start, Great Customer Service, Will always do business with him, Thanks a Ton!

        Just had a set of subwoofers installed in my truck. custom enclosure to keep the rear seat usable . very clean install. And loud , sorry neighbors . Owner and installers were incredibly knowledgeable , personable and timely. Overall great experience there , highly recommended .Custom sound and image is where its at

        Awesome experience! Bought a new-to-me 2018 Ford Fusion Hybrid that didn't have a remote start - something I had found indispensable in my last car. Custom Sound and Image was recommended by the Ford dealer that I have used for more than 10 years. Great recommendation! Aaron was thorough and knowledgeable in explaining my options, not trying to sell me any more than what I wanted. And was able to get me in much sooner than other companies I contacted. I have used it for a couple of weeks now and don't think I could be any more pleased! Thanks, Aaron for your patience and excellent service! I'll be back!!!
